Have a question?

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers!

Is this the right program for me; What does Credit Therapeutics look for when Pre-Qualifying clients?

Our Credit Therapists have reviewed 1000’s of credit reports. We’ve seen that many are in need of a credit rebuilding plan or debt payoff strategy versus a credit restoration/disputing plan.

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • Items on our “Disputable 5 List” on your accounts
  • Inaccurate, Incomplete, Unverifiable, Inconsistent/Questionable, and Untimely.
  • No late payments within the past 30 days that cannot be brought current prior to being accepted into our program.
  • A willingness to commit to a minimum of 6-9 months of service (service time may vary). Credit improvement takes time. It does not matter if you hire us to dispute for you, or you dispute on your own, six months or more is standard to see the best results.
  • If you can afford services + maintain credit monitoring + Pay your bills on time.

**If you are enrolled in another credit repair company we CANNOT accept you for a full 60 days after you have canceled your services with them. We have no idea what the other company has sent out on your behalf, and therefore we have to give some time between their disputes and ours. If you can obtain a copy of your dispute history with them, that would certainly help.

What if I want to bring my partner on board?

To get your partner pre-qualified, please have them complete the application above using a different email address. During your call please let us know that your spouse has signed up. We will then add a $25 credit to both of your accounts for your initial investment, for a total savings of $50 per month.

*Cannot be combined with any special promotions*

How do you obtain my credit reports?

On the Pre-qualification application below, we provide the 3-bureau credit monitoring companies that we use. You must pull your credit monitoring reporting from one of the companies on the Application to work with us.

While we understand there are free services that provide credit monitoring that you may prefer to use; those services don’t provide us all the details we need to accurately assess your whole credit profile on an ongoing basis. Those services are fine for doing a quick, surface-level peak of your credit, but won’t provide the in-depth information we need to improve all 3 of your credit scores and reports. We dive deep to bring results and recommend obtaining a credit monitor to both serve you better and provide optimal peace of mind.

How long does the service take to see results?

There are many factors that determine how much time the process can take, such as the types of negative credit items reporting on your credit reports, the length of time they have been reporting, as well as the way the credit bureaus currently operate. This is why it is difficult to provide a specific timeframe; nor are we allowed to guarantee you results (it’s actually illegal to do so).

We can say that on average, our clients average a 76+ point increase within the first 5 months of working with us, depending on the condition of their credit reports, some see results in as little as 45 days.

Legitimate credit repair is not an overnight fix – despite the advertising, I’m sure you’ve seen on social media. True credit repair is a PROCESS. One that requires you to retrain your brain.

We are transparent with you from the very beginning and will set realistic expectations with you during your first Welcome & Onboarding Call with us.

You’ll receive a Custom Analysis of your Credit Reports, a Custom Focus 5 Plan of Actions that is updated every 3 Rounds of Dispute, File Reviews after each Dispute Round, and much more! As long as you are closely following the professional recommendations provided during your time in our program and tapping into us as a powerful resource; we’re sure you’ll achieve financial harmony.

All of our clients who follow our system, heed the professional recommendations provided, and dive into the many resources that are provided to achieve positive credit improvement.

Remember, everyone’s situation is different. Some will graduate from our program sooner than others. The important thing is making sure that your credit is repaired the right way so that you have a solid financial foundation for you to begin CRUSHING Your Financial Goals.

What items can you help me remove?

We’ve had great success assisting our clients with bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, credit cards, inquiries, late payments, old addresses, mixed files, judgments, tax liens, and even student loans.

We look for anything that meets our “Disputable 5” criteria (Inaccurate, Incomplete, Unverifiable, Inconsistent/Questionable, and Untimely).

Will items that are removed come back?

In our experience, as long as the account is current or paid at the time of removal, or if the collection is older than 3 years, it will not come back. Only in very rare circumstances will a removed account come back; such as a collection account re-reporting under a new collection agency’s name, because they have purchased the debt from the previous collection agency, whom we were successful in obtaining a deletion.

If you have open collections, our Credit Therapist can advise you on how to tackle these accounts so that they can no longer be sold from one company to another, eliminating the possibility of a new negative item being added to your credit report.

Keep in mind that it’s also very important you maintain good payment history and continue to develop excellent credit habits so that you can achieve the highest possible credit score.

How Can I Receive Assistance If/When I Have Questions?

When you initially enroll, you will be given access to your secure Client Communications Portal. Here, you can log in 24/7 to view your Custom Credit Analysis, updates to your file after each dispute round has been completed, and more. There is also a secure messaging center where you can contact our Admin Team directly should you have any questions or concerns at any time during the process. Additionally, we can be reached via email.

EVERY 90 DAYS, you’ll also have a Focus Five Strategy Session with your Credit Therapist, who will discuss additional tips that you can implement to further strengthen your credit profile.

We want you to feel supported every step of the way; should you feel that additional assistance is needed before your next scheduled Focus Five Strategy Session. We’ll provide a Client Check-In Call to speak with one of our Credit Therapists!

Include the words “Money Back Requested” in the subject line and tell us you would like to be refunded and we will get back to you with a prompt reply and any additional instructions.

Finally, and this is completely optional and only if you choose to, but we sure would appreciate it if you would include some explanation for why you’re requesting a refund – this helps us to improve, so others can get the most benefit from our Focus Five Program. We want satisfied customers so we greatly appreciate and welcome any feedback that you are kind enough to provide.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Under the Fair Credit Report Act, you have three days after making your initial enrollment investment to cancel. We provide you with Five Days

After the five-day initial enrollment period, you must give a 10-day prior written notice before your next billing date.

Although our preferred commitment is 9-months, we do not have a forced requirement for how long you must maintain our service. That means you may cancel at any time without suffering cancellation fees. However, our credit repair service is paid 30 days in arrears, so it’s still the client’s obligation to pay for services already rendered if canceled. In order to avoid future occurring additional service fees, you MUST cancel 10 days prior to your billing due date.

Is Credit Repair Legal?

Yes, credit repair is legal and our Credit Therapists, credit education, and dispute processing services will help you to use the law in your favor. Throughout the process, we’ll also educate you about several laws that we’ll be utilizing on your behalfs, such as The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and more. These Acts were created to protect YOU, the consumer, from billing errors, credit reporting errors, and deceptive practices from the Credit Bureaus, Creditors, Lenders, and Collection Agencies. Our team is thoroughly and consistently trained in these laws so that they can go to work for you immediately upon your enrollment.
